Processing and delivery

Your order will be processed within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)

Please check your emails in case we have emailed to ask you a question or sent a draft, once we have received your confirmation that you are happy for us to print we will send off the next working day.

Please contact us if you have not had a personalised response within 24 hours, we may have an incorrect or unavailable email address.

1st class usually arrives within 1-3 days (Royal Mail guidelines), although this time scale is not guaranteed, proof of postage is always obtained. We cannot take responsibility for prints delayed in the post, Royal Mail’s terms and conditions state that we are unable to claim for lost / delayed mail until 14 days have pasted, after this time we can assist you to claim from Royal Mail.

The print will be put straight through your letter box unless you have selected special delivery, in this case it will require a signature.

European Airmail delivery is from 5 days

Print Design

We will print your image as big as possible within the size sheet you have ordered (unless you have specified otherwise), we will crop your image only if there is excess background to do this. We will never crop a logo or a significant part of an image, distort or strecth the image to fit the area. The image therefore may not meet the exact measurements of the sheet ordered.

You have the option to receive a draft for the Edible Print. If you choose not to receive a draft we will design your print by following any instructions you provide on your order, if you would like it designed in a specific way we suggest to request a draft to ensure you ae competely happy with your order. By selecting a draft we will design unlimited drafts for you until you are completely happy.

If you are unsure of the size or the quality of your image please select a draft. However if your image is of very low quality we will always contact you to advise, you can either process with the image or email a new image to be printed.

Print Quality and Colour

Edible prints can only print to the quality of the image provided, if you are concerned about the quality please request a draft so you can see a preview of your image before it is printed. Due to the different programmes / colour systems available to produce images the final colour of your product may vary from the original, if you are concerned about the colour production or its important to your print please let us know, we can provide a colour swatch to be printed in advance of your order to check the colours are acceptable.

Using the Edible Print

The shelf life of the icing sheets is 6 months; please keep sealed in the bag provided.

Instructions with how to remove the icing from the backing sheet will be provided with the print, further information can be found on the FAQ section of the website. If you experience difficulties with removal contact us so we can assist you

Store the print in the bag and envelope supplied at room temperature, out of direct sunlight until required.

Returns Policy

If items are received damaged then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing.

Editing / Cancellation Policy

Orders can not be cancelled or edited once the oder has been placed, therefore please review your order before confirming, additional information can be provided to us at the checkout page if needed. If you need to email us about your order please respond to the confirmation email you will receive. As the orders and emails are processed in the order which they are received, we may not see an email before you order is processed, therefore can not guarantee any amendments to your order.

Orders which have not been printed upon acknowledging an email from you can be edited / cancelled, if you wish to cancel the order an administration fee of £1.50 will be deducted from your refund

We at Edible Prints respect our customer’s privacy and do not disclose your information to third parties.

The Merchant that we use is PayPal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using 'Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Look out for the yellow padlock in the bottom right of your browser as you enter the Checkout section of our site. We do not see any of your credit card information as this is dealt with directly by PayPal. We are PayPal verified which means PayPal have checked our details to ensure we are who we say we are.

When you place an order for edible prints, it is assumed you have the rights to be print the image.
