When will my order be sent?
If you have not requested a draft or I do not have any queries I will send your order off the next working day.
Please check your emails in case I have emailed to ask you a question or sent a draft, once I have received your confirmation that you are happy for me to print I will send off the next working day.
Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
On the ‘Place an Order’ page there are selection of
sizes and shapes for you to select, if you just have 1 image that you would
like us to print you can place the order there. But if you are not sure which
one you need, email us and we’ll advise you. Fill in the order form and click
'Add to cart', you can then review your order before paying.
Yes, choose the product 'different images on same sheet' and select the size of image you would like, if you don't see the size you need please email us.
I can't see the size sheet I want, can you help?
The maximum size sheet we can print onto is 10 x 7.5". I can print any size or shape up to these measurements. You can email me your requirements and we will advise the price.
How soon can they be sent?
All edible icing sheets (including special deliveries) are sent the next working day. If you need it to be sent the same day please contact me and I'll advise if this is possible.
Are there any additional costs?
There is no charge to design your Edible Print, its free to add text and crop the image. If you would like to see a proof before we print, we can provide as many drafts as you need to get your print just right, this is just £1.50. Delivery is just £2.10 per order for standard post. But if you need it a bit quicker or guaranteed, please selected the tracked or guaranteed service.
How can I pay?
Once you have selected your sheet, you can review your order before making payment. On the next page you can select the paypal option. From here you can then pay by PayPal account, or if you don't have an account you can pay by card, there is no need to register with PayPal. If you are unable to use PayPal you can also pay by bank transfer (details are given on request).
I do not have a PayPal account, how else can I pay?
You do not need to have an account with PayPal as they accept debit or credit cards. Alternatives of payment are direct transfer into my bank account (details available upon request)
We accept payment by Paypal account, credit card through the PayPal site. Or you pay by BACS / bank transfer
Delivery and Dispatch
Please allow enough time for your order to be delivered.
All orders, once confirmed, will be sent the next working day.
Please note – 1st class usually arrives within 1-3 days (Royal Mail guidelines), although this time scale is not guaranteed, it can take longer. If you feel this may not allow enough time for delivery please select the special delivery option.
We cannot take responsibility for prints delayed in the post. We can provide proof of postage if needed
Will it fit through a normal sized letterbox?
Yes, unless you have selected special delivery it will be put straight through your letter box. Otherwise it will require a signature

What is the shelf life of the icing sheets?
The shelf life of the icing sheets is 6 months; please keep sealed in the bag provided.
Are you able to colour match?
The colours that appear on your screen may differ from the colours printed onto the icing, this is due to the screen and printer configuration. If the shade / colour of your image is important please let us know and we can print a test sheet to see how the colours will be replicated onto icing, there is no charge for this service. But please advise us before placing your order.
Storing and using your print
How do I store my Print?
Store the print in the bag I provide at room temperature. They last for 6 months when printed
How do I remove the icing sheet from the plastic backing sheet?
IF THE ICING SHEET ISN’T EASILY REMOVABLE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
USING AN ELECTRIC OVEN:
DO NOT USE A GAS OVEN, THIS WILL MELT THE PLASTIC BACKING
1. Ensure the oven racks are cool before starting
2. Turn the oven on to 50 degrees
3. Once preheated, place the icing sheet onto the wire rack for 3 minutes
4. Remove from the oven
5. Wait 1-2 minutes for icing to harden it will then easily pop off the backing
Step 5 is essential. Repeat the process if the icing is not easily
removable after leaving to rest for 1-2 minutes.
In hot weather you may need to extend cooking time to 6 mins
USE THE FREEZER METHOD BELOW IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC OVEN
1. Keep the icing in the sealed bag
2. Place the bag on a flat surface in the freezer for 15 minutes
3. Remove from the backing sheet straight away
IF THE ICING SHEET IS TOO DRY, LEAVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE TO SOFTEN BEFORE CUTTING OR BENDING
What type of icing should I have on my cake?
The printed icing sheet can be applied to almost any kind of icing such as, sugar paste icing, fondant, royal icing, or butter-cream.
How do I attach the topper to my cake?
Your icing should be dry to touch to start with
therefore allow the icing to dry after you have iced it.
Alternatively you can place the topper onto a dry iced cake and use a paint brush to dampen the edges of the topper with water to attach to the cake.

You can cancel your order if I have not yet confirmed that the order has been processed or printed, in this case a refund will be sent minus a £1.50 administration fee. Orders can not be cancelled once the Edible Print has been printed.
